A few examples of what this could look like:

In Chemistry you may be able to make a “how to video” complete with all the relevant chemistry, or 3D model showing a chemical behavior.
If you are in an Art course you may be able to make 3D artwork.
If you are in a Business course you may be able to make a commercial, video, or create DVD’s of an event.
If you are in an ELA class you could put some final project together as a video.
In World Issues you could make a video documentary.
In French classes you may make a video project.
In Geography you may make a 3D model related to city building.
Make a promotional video/animation for some school event
Make a sports highlight video
